Artistic director Minh-Tâm Nguyen will leave his position in 2026

Les Percussions de Strasbourg play Xenakis’ classic Persephassa, in an evening shared with Hihats In Trees (Lander Gyselinck).

As part of the GREC Festival of Barcelona, Les Percussions de Strasbourg and composer Luis Tabuenca perform Naturstudium III – Music for Baschet sound structures.

Iannis Xenakis demonstrates the unheard-of power of percussion in these three emblematic pieces, which “demand extreme virtuosity from the performer” (Makis Solomos).

Invariants is a programme for a trio of musicians playing percussion keyboards. Interspersed between three Trio Sonatas for Organ by Johann-Sebastian BACH, Rain Tree (1981) by Tōru TAKEMITSU and Les Invariants (2021) by Michaël LEVINAS take the German composer’s works back and forth in time.
