After six months of workshops with Percussions de Strasbourg, Percustra participants will take to the stage to share the fruits of their labor.

🎤 Sung songs are in the spotlight this year, with the HTP Chante and Pelicanto choirs, for a colorful rendition combining vocals and percussion.

On the program 👉 12 songs from different eras and countries, all united by their festive energy and their desire to get people dancing! Designed as a moment of sharing between artists and audience, this concert invites everyone to join in by singing along, thanks to signs displaying the lyrics!

What is Percustra?

Percustra is the Percussions de Strasbourg’s historic percussion sharing project. These are collective creation workshops for all, with no prerequisites or musical experience necessary, led by the ensemble’s musicians in our instrumentarium throughout the school year. This year, four workshops were held with collèges Erasme and Truffaut, écoles Jacqueline et Brigitte and two workshops for young and adult audiences.

💌 Percustra is a project that exists thanks to the faithful involvement of its partners: the schools and their teachers (collèges Truffaut and Erasme as well as écoles Jacqueline et Brigitte) and the JEEP Hautepierre. The project is also subsidized by the Ministère de la Culture DRAC Grand Est, ANCT, CEA, Ville de Strasbourg, Cité Éducative Cronenbourg-Hautepierre and Académie de Strasbourg via the Gic-Acmisa program.
